The Royal Leamington Spa Chelsea exhibit will be designed and built by Sarah Horne and Debbie Cooke. They are both exceptionally creative designers who are highly ambitious and constantly strive for excellence.
Sarah Horne is an internationally recognised floral designer with a long list of awards and accolades to her name. Sarah is sole proprietor of Sarah Horne Flowers, which is based in Royal Leamington Spa and has been offering specialist services in weddings, events and floral gifts for 33 years.
She also owns the Sarah Horne Flower School and has been invited to represent the UK in competitions and demonstrate at international flower shows in the USA, Canada and across Europe. This includes demonstrating at the World Flower Council in 2011 and featuring at the American Institute of Floral Designers 2008 and 2010, 2011 as well as the Chelsea Flower Show in 2003, 2010 and 2011. It was at Chelsea in 2011 that she also won the coveted title of Chelsea Florist of the Year, adding to her 3 Chelsea Gold Medals in 2006, 2007 and 2011.
Over the past 10 years Sarah has provided consultancy advice to Smithers Oasis, J&E Page flower importers and Interflora including acting as a Florist Advisory Council Member. On top of these achievements Sarah’s business was featured as a ‘Centre of excellence’ on the BBC1 programme ‘Mind your own business’ in 2005 and she is co-author and designer of her book ‘For Your Eyes Only’.

Debbie Cooke is an award-winning Garden Designer who is renowned for her clever use of space and getting the very best use out of even the smallest of gardens.
Debbie is sole proprietor of Creative Garden Design, which is based in Royal Leamington Spa and offers specialist services in garden design, planting schemes, consultancy as well as a gardening buddy service to help customers get the best out of their gardens and learn a little at the same time.
She brings a passion and enthusiasm for garden design that is contagious as well as the knowledge and skills to bring gardens to life so that they enhance the potential of places as well as our lives.
